Thanks Arnie for the info - here are some more details. MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- A small, corporate-sized plane bound for Willow Run Airport crashed into Lake Michigan Monday afternoon. Coast Guard Petty Officer Warfel said the Milwaukee Police Department notified the Coast Guard that a plane was missing around 4 p.m., just five minutes after takeoff. Warfel said the Coast Guard found the plane about 20 minutes later -- about a mile east of McKinley Marina. Pat Rowe, spokesperson for General International Airport in Milwaukee, said a Cessna Citation dropped off their radar about 4 p.m. Bob Paige, president of Toy Air, based in Southfield, Mich., confirms the plane did belong to his company. He said he was told the plane was carrying an organ transplant team from the University of

Michigan There were six people on board, according to officials. Local 4 has learned there were two surgeons and two perfusionists from the University of Michigan on board. Perfusionists run heart-lung machines during surgery, making sure the machine temporarily takes over the task of breaking and pumping blood through the body. They were returning to Michigan to perform a double-lung surgery, Local 4 reported. University of Michigan officials have confirmed the plane was part of their Survival Flight team. They would not confirm who was on board or if any of the people on board were employees of the University of Michigan. Cindy, Josh's mom
