No matter which way they get here, safety is my main concern. I had vaginal, but only because it worked out that way, but if you need a c-section or it's the best thing, I say you do what you have to. Either way, there are pros and cons to both kinds of births. Another area that was hard for me was breast-feeding. I tried both times with everything in me to successfully nurse my boys...and it just did NOT work out. I felt like a failure! Even pumping regularly I could only get 1.5 ounces from both breasts combined. Neither one of my boys seemed to be able to latch on correctly and first time around I ended up cracked and bleeding.
