Janet,

Some people use testosterone cream to strengthen the vulvar skin,

especially if they have a vulvar skin disorder like lichen sclerosis or

lichen planus. It's best used in conjunction with estrace. Also for

some it may help increase sex drive, which is often lost with this

condition.
