Guest guest
I have used Nystatin. I used the powdered one that you mix with water. Walgreens can get it. Most pharmacies do not stock it. They had to special order it and it needs to be refridrated. I did not use the liquid one because it contains SUGAR. It took some work to convince the doc to precribe the pure powdered one, but it is what is talked about in the Yeast books that I have read. It is a special order at Walgreens. Nystatin plus the diet worked for me. susanStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
Guest guest
Sherri, In the past i've used nystatin in a powder form that i mixed in water, so it makes sense to me that it could be Rx'd as a pre-formulated liquid. I thought she told me they were pills to swallow, 3 times a day. The pharmacy gave me a liquid for use three times a day. The directions say it is for mouth fungus. Does anyone know anything about Nystatin? The regular pharmacist is gone for the night, so I can't get an answer from him until tomorrow. Thanks.Sherri
