Guest guest
I currently drink DanActive and take acidophilus pearls. Taking probiotics has cured my IBS completely – I use to have diarrhea alternating with constipation, plus the narcotics I take cause constipation. The probiotics completely takes care of this problem also. I have never had any yeast infections. So far the probiotics has not helped any of my vulvar pain problems. My question is – I want to also take probiotics to build up my immune system. Should I be taking more, in addition to what I am already taking now? And if so what different type? nne _
