FYI: We're new at this stuff, but I recently discovered that Trader Joe has

a gluten-free list on their literature rack and here are some tidbits for

our kids:

Their tuna has NO CASEIN.

Their waffles are " legal " and my son loves them.

Their gummy bears are also GF.

The Soy Delicious " ice cream " is good and almost half the price of Kings or

Shoprite.

If you put a suggestion in their box, they will consider carrying Tofutti's

mock mozzarella cheese (which I have yet to find anywhere).
