Guest guest
I read an article recently that mentioned non-fat (skimmed) milk as contributing to adult acne. Because I don't want to have an issue with osteopenia, I drink quite a lot of milk and have had problems with acne. One of my doctors suggested that it may be due to hormones given to cows. I've been drinking 1% for the last month and have noticed a decrease in the acne. I have no idea if it's helping or not, but the rest of my diet remains essentially the same.
