It has excellent chapters on Symptoms & Signs, Nutrition, Research,

The Esophagus, The Stomach, The Small Intestine, Ischemic Disease,

HIV Infection, IBD, The Colon, The Pancreas, The Biliary System, The

Liver, In the Child, and DNA. The individual chapters are in .pdf

format, and some of them are quite large (1 - 4 MB each) and so may

have a long download time if you are on a dial-up connection.
