Guest guest
Ok, going by your experience if you are also intolerant, I'm going to try a no sugar added yogurt and see if it helps. Thanks. It really seems to help. I don't know rick. If you have a Trader Joe's or World Market anywhere around you, give them a call and see if they have it. I am lactose intolerant also but yogurt does not bother me if eaten in small amounts. _____ From: blind-diabetics <mailto:blind-diabetics%40yahoogroups.com> [mailto:blind-diabetics <mailto:blind-diabetics%40yahoogroups.com> ] On Behalf Of Rick Alfaro Sent: Thursday, June 07, 2012 7:36 AM To: blind-diabetics <mailto:blind-diabetics%40yahoogroups.com> Subject: RE: Many people eat yogurt to overcome the symptoms you have Rick. I can eat cheese of any kind and it doesn't bother me but other dairy products like ice cream and cream based soups mess my stomach up. I tried finding some sort of lactose free yogurt, But was unable to do so. Does such a thing exist?
