Ok, going by your experience if you are also intolerant, I'm going to try a

no sugar added yogurt and see if it helps. Thanks.

Market anywhere around you, give them a call and see if they have it. I am

lactose intolerant also but yogurt does not bother me if eaten in small

amounts.

Yes, I do recall you had suggested this once but I happen to be Lactose

intolerant at least to a certain extent. I can eat cheese of any kind and

it doesn't bother me but other dairy products like ice cream and cream based

soups mess my stomach up. I tried finding some sort of lactose free yogurt,

But was unable to do so. Does such a thing exist?
