I have always loved bananas as long as they were not too ripe. They are

very high in carbs, so I usually eat only half a one. They are also high in

potassium so I have to be careful because of the dialysis.

I could not stand bananas as a kid but would eat banana pudding or candy but

raw bananas were disgusting. But now I really like them and although I have

not bought them much since has not been eating I really like them

now.

I will have to look on that carb sheet that Daddy Cy and Dean also sent me.

They do have a lot of sugar in them!

I did buy some. I haven't eaten them for a good while, but won't buy

anymore after this.

I thought watermelon and cantleloupe had a lot of sugar.
