Guest guest
I have always loved bananas as long as they were not too ripe. They are very high in carbs, so I usually eat only half a one. They are also high in potassium so I have to be careful because of the dialysis. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Lora Leggett Sent: Thursday, June 07, 2012 4:03 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Re: Now knocking up on my wooden head! I could not stand bananas as a kid but would eat banana pudding or candy but raw bananas were disgusting. But now I really like them and although I have not bought them much since has not been eating I really like them now. I will have to look on that carb sheet that Daddy Cy and Dean also sent me.
