Guest guest
Some people are just very sensitive to foods - the fruit may be giving you too much sugar. Or it may be the way you are combining foods - for example, it's very hard to digest fruit with anything else, or to digest proteins and starchy veggies (sweet potatoes, corn, etc) together. Have you ever tried digestive enzymes? Email me off group if you want more info. on the diet I am on that not only looks at what you eat but how you combine it and digest it. Guest guest
Arline: oops...okay. I just bought this stuff for the first tine so it is only a few slices in the package. I do have TWO FROZEN turkeys in the freezer. Had planned to cook one as soon as this HEAT goes away. I dont want to turn oven on. I CAN buy a fresh breast...my mom used to buy the wings and cook those. love and thanks, ML bought lactose free milk yesterday...no fat milk. You are very likely just like most of the people in the world and cannot tolerate milk (yogurt, etc.). You have no idea what is really in that turkey besides being nitrate free. Eat fresh turkey and roast it with salt. If the breast is what you want buy one or a thigh or whatever. Eat fresh food. That is the only way you really know what it has in it. Guest guest
Oh I drink a little coffee. Maybe two cups a day. I am using fat fee milk in it tho I do sometimes drink it black. I bought the Lactose free fat free milk . I prefer CARTONS for milk. I am going to limit the yogurt and not do it daily. thanks so much, ORA! love, ML my husband suggested BEANO as well <<<<< Sweet potatoes give me painful gas. So I usually take Beano before I eat them. I presume you don't drink coffee. Coffee with cream also gives me gas so I drink it black. Guest guest
Something to think about. I discovered that if I eat sliced ham from packages I get a VV flare. So I took a good look at the ham and saw all that slimy stuff coating each slice. Now I rinse the slices under the faucet before putting it in my sandwich. No more flares from THAT. Now I always rinse sliced meat from packages before eating it. Ora >Arline: oops...okay. I just bought this stuff for the first tine so it is >only a few slices in the package.
