Yes, the thing with your legs could be considered a form of pain

on contact because they are crossed.

Pain on Contact can also occur because of certain medicines and

creams. And when they touch the skin it sets off a chain

reaction of irritation and pain which can create a nasty cycle.

Trying to understand vulvodynia and its subcategories can be

quite confusing at times so I empathize with you hon.
