Guest guest
Thankyou for that info- How weird I just contacted that company, they called fri but missed it, and think I got mail from them here I haven't opened. So your saying they will do the work? Well what do you think of this, and do you know if they will correct it. I just recently applied, and I live in Me. now, but also have a home in Ma, where all my Dr's are, but because I have been up here in ME all winter and thought I might be able to find a job up here, that would be easy on my body, illness etc, and I did find and work at one for 2 wks, and all I could do caused added problems, that is when I knew I am done in, as doc's tried to tell me maybe I should give in appx 6yrs ago, so I have done well to go thus far, also worked up here last summer when at this home. Anyway I applied from this house, this adress, and state, which I am finding out now, since my husband works out of Ma. and we have filed our last yr's taxes from there I should of applied through Ma. state? I am so confused at to where I am suppose to say I live?, depending on the yr, my husband's work etc, says how much time we spend in which state. I don't know, but I have to start all over again and apply under Ma. like my Dr. said she held off doing the paperwork because it confused them when they saw me applying from here. As a rule we usually are in Ma about as equal as here, but do you think this ASSUP will fix it. Did you get approved any quicker using them? I found them online. Again glad I saw your post, but I am already discouraged thinking I will be 3yrs before seeing any money. Oh and did you have to go around to there Dr's Take Care Hope lighter Days Sharon wrote: > > were not directed toward any one in the GROUP. Sherry, are you doing all of the work yourself or are you using a lawyer or a group such as Allsup??? When I finally decided to listen to one friend who kept telling me over and over and over that I should file, I had talked to Allsup before but didn't do anything more the first time. Then I finally decided I was going to do it, so I called Allsup and they did all of the paper work, took all calls but one from the adjudacator, so I can recommend them. Plus, they did not charge me as much as Social Security said they could --- they treated the amount of the month I was awarded disability as MINE and not their's. I think you can find their number at the bottom of the postings. And they always treat you with respect and if you have a question, they are so helpful!
