I cry every time I read one of the messages about your difficulties, and that's just reading about them, not living them. I think this is not the time to be overly concerned about your diet. You might check a couple of times a day to make sure your blood sugar doesn't go through the roof. You might get someone to help you stock the refrigerator with foods ready to eat--cut fruit, prepared salad, cooked chicken, microwave things.
