My husband and I live in Michigan, we are using an orthotist in Indiana and had our sons head scanned at Childrens Memorial Hospital in Glenview Illinois just outside of Chicago. We are using the STARBand.

Dr. Vicari is the specialist with head shape analysis at that hospital. I think there is one downtown and then the one we wnt to was at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview and this is all apart of Childrens Memorial.

Again we are not having all of our treatment there but my limited experience was very good.
