I have seen references to splitting the doses to help stomach issues. Indicates that a split is best to take half around 8AM and the second half by 10AM. I did that when I was on 80mg/day cuz that can be cruel to the tum tum. Regardless of when I take it, sleeplessness still remains and I'm now only on 10mg daily. The first dosage was 40mg 3 years ago.. with my first.6 months of being in a constant buzz...never sleeping much, very shaky, not being able to think straight, etc.The amount has been tapered down since then to 10mg but some of the misery remains. There is a data base link on the bottom of the page. Many of us have listed many of the side effects there. Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z 64, fibriotic NSIP/o5/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 and Reynaud’s too!! No, NSIP was not self-inflicted…I never smoked!
