Guest guest Posted June 15, 2012 Report Share Posted June 15, 2012 Diabetic Homemade Ice Cream Serves: 8 Total time: 1¼ hour Prep time: 10 min 12 ozs evaporated milk 2 tbsps sugar substitute such as equal or splenda 1-12 cups whole milk 1 tbsp vanilla extract 3 eggs (beaten) Combine milk and sugar replacement. Beat well until sugar is dissolved. Add whole milk and vanilla extract; beat well. Add eggs; beat well.
