My hubby mentioned to me about the microwave popcorn and the lung condition just the other day. I like homemade popcorn better than microwave popcorn anyway. I use 3 Tbsp of olive oil (you can also use coconut oil) with about half a cup of popcorn kernals. I sprinkle some sea salt on top (no butter) and it's sooo good. Takes a little bit of patience...but it tastes so much better and is better for you! I hate the microwave. Just my two cents...;) ~Chelle
