Pain worst after urination?

I was diagnosed with VVD 3 mos. ago; from the very beginning, my pain

has been at its worst following urination. In fact, I usually have to

lie down and ice for at least 20 min. after I use the bathroom. Does

anyone else have this issue? It seems to be stumping my doctor, who

has seen many VVD patients but seemingly none with this particular

issue. Any input is appreciated!
