Guest guest Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 Hi..I'm back..I am 6 weeks pregnant now and so excited about this pregnancy. However, I am still suffering from yeast overgrowth. I was advised by my OBGYN to use the Candida Diet to help manage my yeast. However, I am so hungry with being pregnant that I just want a piece of bread! Is there something I can eat that is on the low side of yeast or something that I can have every so often? Any advice? How long does it take for the yeast to get under control? Thanks so much!
