All too often, if we don't do that, we will certainly forget all the things we 'wanted' to say or ask! Is anyone going with you? If someone can go with you that would be great. From now on, I will not go to anymore appts. without my husband. I get taken so much more seriously when he is there. A support person can be a great help,
