What: Family Trip to the Palm Beach Zoo

When: Saturday February 12, 2011

Time: Noon

Activities: We will be starting with a group

lunch under the tent at 12:00 noon sharp. Then we will be touring the zoo

together in small groups

Cost: FREE FREE FREE (including lunch) FOR

ALL MEMBERS OF IMMEDIATE FAMILY UP TO 5 PEOPLE MAXIMUM PER FAMILY (immediate

family includes individuals living in the household with the person with

disabilities)

number in your party.

THIS IS A

VERY LIMITED REGISTRATION ONLY OPEN TO THE FIRST 100 INDIVIDUALS.

So please register immediately. Due to the limited

availability, we ask you to respond only if you are positive that you are able

to attend. If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please do so no

later than 3 days before the event to allow others to attend. We will be taking

attendance. Thank you for your cooperation.
