Guest guest
Just want those who have not and I hope never need to apply for Social Security Disability...it is NOT a luzury. The process of getting Social Security benefits can be lengthy and exhausting as they have been and continue to be for me. I am trying to attain benefits that are rightfully mine. I have worked since the age of 16 and stopped working when I was 44. I think I paid into it!? I did not choose to become disabled, but I choose to fight for what I believe I deserve. And I find no luxury in that, or the fact that if Social Security approves me, whenever that might be, I will never receive as much money as I did when I worked. Again it is No Luxury! I know the person who said it was a luxury did not mean it, they were only fustrated, but to think someone else might consider it a luxury, angers me.
