PAMELOR IS NORTRIPTYLENE (ANTIDEPRESSANT) PROZAC IS FLUOXETINE ( ANTIDEPRESSANT) it is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, or other available antidepressant agents. LUVOX IS FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE (ANTIDEPRESSANT) AN SSRI WELLBUTRIN-ZYBAN IS BUPROPION (ANTIDEPRESSANT & ANTISMOKING AID) chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. EFFEXOR IS VENLAFAXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (ANTIDEPRESSANT) TOFRANIL IS IMIPRAMINE (ANTIDEPRESSANT) imipramine is a member of the dibenzazepine group. NORPRAMIN IS DESPIRIMINE AN (ANTIDEPRESSANT) of the tricyclic type. *NOTE* Dr. was or is conducting the first ever placebo controlled trial for Desipramine + lidocaine for VVS.
