Discovery Toys at Leonia Cooptions

We have set another Discovery Toys date for the Leonia Cooptions Group -Wed

No 8th at 5:30. OT Jayne Rock Gangale & Discovery Toys Consultant Jane Sklar

will be working as a team with the children to demonstrate & play with the

toys.

I use this event (we have done it for 3 years) to see what my daughter likes

to play with & which toys are most appropriate for her. I asked Jane for a

brief description of the toys for those who are not familiar with them & here

is what she wrote.

Here is something I wrote for you to use:

Our mission statement, loosely paraphrased, is that we hope to change the

world a child at a time through play and the positive parenting experiences

that go hand and hand with this quality time with quality developmental

products. The company feels that providing positive play experiences

through good toys, books and games will enrich children. These positive play

experiences will help stimulate minds through trial and error, creativity,

sensory integration and a variety of fun self esteem enhancing experiences.
