Guest guest
My issues with vulvodynia was caused by a surgical procedure to the labia minora to remove excess skin. After a number of years of searching one of the things I found out from my Pain Management doctor (she's experienced with treating vulvodynia) is that the damage could have been done by one of the instruments during the surgery, the instrument to hold the other part of the area back when the excess skin was removed: the retractor. Makes sense because of where a lot of my pain issue is from the nerve damage especially with the pain issue that has creeped up there in the last 9 months. Guest guest
I feel that my LS and V problems started a couple months after I started taking the birth control pill. Soon after that, I started noticing symptoms of perimenopause, which I also feel was a contributing factor. Kathy
