The treatment has helped. I went hiking this weekend and to the movie.

I am normally so exhausted by the end of the week that I end up doing

nothing on the weekend, just trying to get rested for the upcoming week.

It was the best weekend that I have had in a while. I have had no side

effects from the remicade so it is so much better than the steroids. I

have another treatment next week. Thanks. I hope your dad continues to

do well.

Hi ,

This is a bit late as I have been on holidays. By now you are likely

feeling a bit better. My dad has had severe Chrons for 30+ years. He

began Remicade about 4 years ago and it has literally been a lifesaver

for him. He was too scarred to have any more surgeries and had fallen

into a deep depression. After one Remicade treatment he felt human

again. He quickly gained weight and it has really helped with his

arthritis and psoriasis as well. He says the treatments used to last

longer than they do now, but he wouldn't change them for the world.

He goes every 6 weeks. Good luck with yours.
