Guest guest
<<Would you please write a 'brief' description of your vulvar pain symptoms and then list 1-3 treatments (in that order) you've tried that have helped your Vulvar pain the most?>> Here goes: I first noticed a problem when I could never insert a tampon during adolescence. As a young woman, I could not be penetrated by anything, much less a penis. When I finally was able to get a penis in, it felt like he was ripping me open with every movement. I have likened it to his penis being wrapped in sandpaper while we have sex. I do have "flares" in which my entire vulva burns or itches, but my problem lies mainly in the vestibule horseshoe. Helps include: 1. Daily use of olive oil as a lubricant 2. Following vulvar care guidelines, including using only products that are free of scents or dyes, etc. 3. Discovering the cyclical nature of my pain (I have almost zero pain about 3 days a cycle surrounding ovulation) has helped my marriage relationship tremendously Becky Luggage? GPS? Comic books?
