Guest guest
The treadmill is BORING, but I have developed a bit of a fear of walking outdoors what with the dog attacks (even though it looks like the neighborhood watch has that under control). The trouble with my treadmill is that it is twelve years old and I can't go faster than 3.1 or 3.2 cause the band starts going whacko. I watch Friends re-runs when I am on it cause it is the only channel with subtitles and the treadmill is very noisy. Guest guest
he told me walking is the best, but that everyone is different and some more strenuous exercises might be ok for some so you need to try things slowly and be cautious until you know if it's ok for you or not. erin --- Carolyn52192@... wrote: > I walked briskly for 8 miles today and am hoping > that doesn't fire my pn up. > Does anyone know of a good aerobic exercise one can > do and not worry about > causing a problem.
