Women who

take Elavil for burning pain stay on the medication for a long time. You have

to give your body a chance to absorb the medication and let it work or not. If taking

it has stopped the burning, then stay on it, if you want to find out if it is

working, then stop. But why you would want to put your body through such a

yo-yo experience, I don’t know. You are not going to cure your problems

in a month. Whether it is meds or PT, whatever – all of this takes time.

Is this elavil in the topical form, or pill form?
