Newbie here from Canada and very excited to be here.I've been battling

with obesity all my life ..being a carb addict especially to bread and

sodas,I have gained a lot of weight in the past 10 years.I have

literally tried everything over and over again and every diet left me

eventually larger than when I started. I honestly think that dieting is

one of the main reasons that I am like I am today.I am desperate and I

am seriously considering gastric bypass.Been reading messages for the

past 2 hours,what an awesome group of people
