He answered the key, definitive question in your favor. I would be surprised to see the judge rule against his answer although I know its possible. I remember when I was first disabled thinking there were some jobs they would say I could do. Then I started trying to think of one and I couldn't. My counselor and I even worked on thinking of part time jobs I would be able to do in the future assuming I improved (I wasn't initially disabled based on PF). The list we came up with was very short even then. I don't know any of us who doesn't wish our condition was such that we could work. I think today sort of sums mine up. I had to get up early enough for an 8:40 doctor's appointment. I drove straight home after and hit the bed and napped off and on for three hours.
