Hi Chelle, for some reason I cannot delete any of the previous text. Yes I was wandering if you were the same Chelle as on the IC group. I have raw irritation all the time, also burning, stinging, feels like someone rubbed me terribly with sandpaper. I also have pain right up inside the vagina. I use icepacks alot. Are those prescriptions that you are using? I've been having problems for about a year, but it was occuring maybe once a week, now it's pretty much daily pain.

Hi , and welcome to the Vulvar Disorders group ;0). I remember you from the IC group. I also have IC and Vulvodynia. My main symptoms with vulvar pain have always been raw irritation. What has gotten it under control the best so far has been using Estrace cream topically and also l use the antihistamine Hydroxyzine. If you'll stick around here a little while you will LEARN a lot about vulvar pain and things to try. How long have you noticed symptoms and what kind of symptoms do you have? Is it pain all the time or is it mainly with intercourse or both. Any other questions, just ask away... ~Chelle
