Chelle, My doctor prescribed Valium suppositories for me. The dosage

is 10 mg, and the directions are to use one vaginally at bedtime for 30

days, then use 2 times a week. It doesn't say what they're compounded

in though. She prescribed them because she said the muscles in my

vagina are very tense. I'm prone to yeast so honestly I haven't been

using them consistently. I'm not sure how much they would help if I did

use them every night. She said I would have to use them at least 30

days to see. I think when I did use them, my vagina was a little more

relaxed, but I'm afraid to use them too often because if I get a yeast

infection, I'm not sure if it's the valium suppositories that are

causing it. Hope this helps. Kathy
