My clitoral area is still flared up, but my vestibular pain is loads

better. I have lichen planus, which causes inflammation of the vagina

and vulva and atrophy of labia. Ick!

So with topical estradiol, I have gotten back some elasticity in the

vestibule, and that, along with weekly PT for the past 8 months, has

made the biggest difference for me. I tried a LOT of other things, but

PT and estrace did it. And keep doing it. Now if I can just find

something for the clitoral inflammation...

I have very messed up hormones and will be exploring that more in the

future, just have to tackle on thing at a time. OH, I almost forgot -

diet makes a huge difference for me. I did my very best when I was on a

strict yeast elimination diet - but it was too hard to stick to, so now

I am gluten-free, very very limited dairy and sugar. If I went

stricter, I think my clitoral area might calm down...it's just really

really hard!
