I started taking hc sublingual on Sunday and since then, am feeling

better... was taking it orally since June '07. I actually got used to

the icky taste. I have lost noticable water weight in my stomach and

face, etc... Maybe that's why I don't notice the taste... so vain..

Anyway, we'll see how my temps behave themselves over the next few

weeks. Hopefully, I won't have any fungal issues that Val mentioned..

I have lost water weight and 3.5 lbs on the scale since switching from

Isocort orally to HC cream. I really think a lot has to do with absorption.

I didn't know you could take HC sublingually, I did the Armour and now

am doing it with cytomel. If that is the case I believe I will start

doing HC sublingually.

My question is, can it be done at the same time as cytomel or should it

be done separately? I'm actually anxious about this....cause I could

tell the big difference when I started using it that way with armour....

I take the hc and cynomel at the same time, but I take the hc under

the tongue and cynomel in my cheek (buccally). I take the cynomel

buccally because I noticed that I get too hyped up if I take it

sublingually. I noticed that when I take it buccally, it releases

the t-3 more slowly and I don't race around the house like a crazy

woman.

Just my 2-cents.

BTW, I'm going to buy some listerine, as Val suggested. " An ounce of

prevention is worth a pound of cure. "
