Guest guest
Yes, I got the right test. The first time it was tested was back in August and it was a 22. In November it was 30 and after 2 months on the D3 supplement that I have been on it's still 30. I ended up paying my doc for what I have out of pocket and I frankly don't remember what it cost but it wasn't too expensive. I have asked my new doc for advice and I'll look into the gel in the meantime. Thanks, > > Hi , > > I've gone through the same thing. Guest guest
Yeah, he said two weeks every day, I think, then every other day, then test again. I have heard of a lot of people going on 50,000IU, but not for long. I'll be careful, but 5000IU 3x/week isn't getting it at all. > > Hi , > > Wow, that is a kicking dose of vitamin D.
