Yes, I got the right test. The first time it was tested was back in

August and it was a 22. In November it was 30 and after 2 months on

the D3 supplement that I have been on it's still 30. I ended up

paying my doc for what I have out of pocket and I frankly don't

remember what it cost but it wasn't too expensive. I have asked my

new doc for advice and I'll look into the gel in the meantime.

Yeah, he said two weeks every day, I think, then every other day, then

test again. I have heard of a lot of people going on 50,000IU, but

not for long. I'll be careful, but 5000IU 3x/week isn't getting it at

all.
