The high progesterone is form supplementation it throws saliva testing

out the window, and blood testing shoudl be done to determine accurate

levels. Yes you would use POST meno ranges or HRT ranges if they include

those which many do not. I prefer the higher end of post menoi ages or

slightly over range for someone wiht a hyst thta is not of meno age.

Your cortiosl is quite low and this could be why your estrogen is

elevated as well. DHEA being very low at all times of the day confirms

adrenal exhaustion. If it were me I would start HC immediately,

following the ramp up schedule inour files under How to Treat Adrenals.

At 20MG start graphign temps per www.drrind.com to see if oyu are stable

whihc I doubt, I imagine oyu will need 25-30mg dialy and some DHEA to

get your temps to stabilize. Are you hypothyroid as well?

Maybe some of our other UK people can chime in as ot whether the 1% HC

cream is available there. I assum ei twould be and I owuld look in your

local pharmacy as it is usually OTC. Sold for rashes and poison ivy.

If you need it hc cream is available here in the UK. Just ask for

hydrocortisone cream
