I have done a lot of different ones but if you are a newbie to cleanses,

This is the one I like best for inexpensive ones that are easy to use and

gentle. This has a small amount of pumpkin seeds. Do not eat large amounts

of pumpkin seeds if you suspect parasites because while it is an excellent

killer, if you take too much each day you will have major die off reactions

( I did) and will think you are going insane and be in a lot of physical

pain. I never had them on my other parasite cleanses and now tolerate

pumpkin seeds fine (raw, organic unsalted only).

Mercury poisoned people tend to be parasite infested too. I was for 15 years

I have not done the liver cleanses they have on sites like Curezone because

frankly I have been too afraid so I take supportive herbs for my liver

instead. I use Dandelion, artichoke and milk thistle for my liver. At least

1000 mg of milk thistle a day. I have done colon cleanses after the parasite

ones but I can't recall the brands as I didn't see much difference in them

and my colon is working a lot better now with probiotics (I use Garden of

Life Ultra Primal Defense).

Cheri, I would be interested in any 'herbal' and 'cleanses' that you have
