Can you raise the Iodoral from 25 to 40 right away or do you step it up at

37.5 then to 50?

Most people who embark on Iodoral to replenish iodine reserves usually take two

tablets twice a day. I haven't heard that you need to work up to that slowly,

but I could be wrong. My beau started with two tabs twice daily and did that

for one year.
