Guest guest
I'm on my second brand of good probiotics - started with Enzymedica's and now on GOL Ultra - 30 billion/day. I'm still taking the Digest Gold - 2-3 caps with meals and 1-2 with snacks. I know that you take more but I frankly can't tell very well whether they help me or not based on how I feel. Same goes with the probiotics. I was having a better GI day today until about 45 minutes after a very simple lunch of quinoa (soaked overnight and strained this time) and some roasted chicken. With it I took 500mg of bromelain, one cap of HCL, and 2 caps of Digest Gold. The rumbling started after 45 minutes or so and is continuing although now it feels like hunger too which is usually how it happens. So, I'll eat some more and the cycle will probably continue like that for the rest of the day until I go to bed with a bloated stomach and gas. I had none of this after a breakfast of 2 egg whites, 3 pieces of bacon, a few bites of hash browns and a cup of decaf, with the same digestive aids. I'm tempted to blame the quinoa because I had a hard time with last time I made it, but I've had it once this time after soaking it and had no trouble. I just don't know how to do this. BTW, I heard somewhere that the xymogen stuff was going prescription only. > > ..... just remember that sometimes even good stuff can cause > issues for us. Guest guest
After thinking of this more, it could be as I said before ongoing parasites. Didn't you also say your tests showed a reaction to chicken? Guest guest
, Agree with Cheri, last year could not even sleep laying down at night had to prop myself and still was miserable laying awake in pain finally sleeping for about 20 to 30 minutes then laying for an hour or more, then a little more sleep. Wanting to eat all day and knowing it would make me sick. After starting humaworm in three weeks all of this went away, so far it has not come back in February will do another cleanse as it is best to do them twice a year. Trustfully wish had done parasite cleanses years ago. Although did not actually see anything my body feels tons better have not had gas or pains or discomfort in 5 months which is totally awesome.
