Guest guest
Is the Lisinopril for high BP? kc -- yes, for high bp, I'm weaning myself down, PCP doesn't know that yet. How is your thyroid doing? kc says --Shrink did blood labs, don't have those yet. my results from Canary Club were FTSH 56 Normal FT4 0.25 Normal FT3 0.24 Borderline Low Thyroid Mocro AB SIgA Positive Normal=Negative I am betting ti si pretty low. If it were me I woudl trade out the Lisinopril for a thyazide Diuretic BP med or an Ace Inhibitor, kc -- will ask about bp change but niacin flushes are already helping more than bp meds. and then try Ashwaganda and Rhodiola suring the day kc -- went back on Ashwaganda and Holy Basil after testing. will look for Rhodiola instead. and about 7-8 PM 500-750MG Phosphatidyl Serine to help wiht sleep. kc-- will be looking to buy this. thanks, kc in AZ
Guest guest
I bet between BNiacin and raising the thyroid you will have no BP preoblem. You are right your Free T3 is in the DIRT. T4 not far behind. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

By taking the adaptogens (Rhodiola) and the PS as it lowers high night time cortisl by opening cortisl receptors and making cortils more efficient, you should be fine. REaising thryoid will lower your body;s need for cortiosl as well and then things may settle out much better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I would start with Armoru. Start with 30MG then go to 45MG in a week and raise it by 15mg weekly till you are at 2.5grains (150mg) then slow the dose raises odown to eveyr 4 weeks. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I wish I could find a shrink who will prescribe timed release T3. I wonder if a better bet is a psychopharmacologist for me than dealing with these alleged thyroid specialists who are alternative and charge $300 bucks a visit and don't take insurance. I'm gonna start looking. I need timed release T3 in higher doses.
