how to switch back to HC from Medrol

Hi everyone,

I need to switch back to HC bc my order from our main source is not

here yet. I called them 2 days ago and she said that they were backed

up bc of holidays. Well, it has been 2.5 weeks and tomorrow I am out

of Medrol. I do have some HC to tide me over until it gets

here....hopefully! So, I need to obviously switch and the problem is

that Medrol is longer lasting and I am unsure how to make the switch so

that I am do not take too much HC. I have stopped weaning lately bc I

decided to go to college, full-time. So, that is why I could no longer

wean off HC. I am currently on 4mg. Medrol, which equates to 20 mg.

HC. and I take 1.5 HC at bedtime. I have to be very careful to not

over medicate myself but, am thinking there is no way around it bc of

the emergency situation of running out of medrol after tomorrow. So,

anyhoo, if anyone has any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks
