I've had good luck with digestive enzymes from

Swanson. I also about 2 months ago started their

probiotic plan of 3 different types of probiotic. The

combo of probiotics, digestive enzymes, raw apple

cider vinegar and Armour has stopped the hypo

constipation completely.

I have used Doctor's Best Digestive Enzymes, Houston Nutriceuticals

AFP-Peptizyde + Zyme Prime and a few others (NOW, Natural Factors,

etc). I have to say the Houston ones were by far the best but very

expensive for me because of shipping to Canada. Doctor's Best was next

best but more affordable, and still had some DPP IV for digesting any

soy/gluten. The other brands didn't work as well for me.

It really depends what you need because many enzymes are tailored for

specific problems. http://enzymestuff.com/ will help you choose if you

have serious digestive issues. If you don't have any serious issues,

any general wide spectrum enzyme from walmart is worth trying.

Some people don't tolerate bromelein and papain.

I don't know you will get good quality enzymes from Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart

imports more stuff from China than any other company. I would go with a

different store that offers high end enzymes (which I doubt WM does ) for

something like enzymes which really require a better quality. I have used

Jarrow and a few other brands myself. Wal-Mart was busted for lying about

their organic food, which wasn't organic at all.

I was looking through the vitamin isle at walmart, and there are tons

that simply say 'enzymes'. Please let me know what to look for, what to

avoid, etc.

THanks
