Another herb to take is organic cylantro. I just had

5 silver/mercury filings replaced with some type

nontoxic filing. I've got a holistic dentist (he

filters the floride out of all the water in the

office, amoung other things). He recommended the

cylantro after mercury filing replacement.

BTW, he told me that Mercury filings leak. I had

cavities under 3 of the 5 filings that were replaced.
