.... with Wobenzyme, systemic enzymes, they are not the strength

of food enzymes. They are coated to make it into the intestines where

the intention is that they 'clean' up bacteria, undigested food and

other problems. And then the hope is that you have taken enough for

some of them to cross the barrier INTO the blood stream where they

digest allergen proteins and other foreign proteins in the blood

stream. So you have to take enough. In fact, 15-20 is considerably

less than what is recommended for cancer patients and other specific

protocols. I heard the number 50 pass by me from one source. There

are 800 tablets in my bottle. About $90.

Food enzymes are separate and altogether specific to food.. If I have

a bad food reaction or don't digest well and feel a bloating problem

coming on, instead of letting it fester into a BIG WOE on an empty

stomach I take the Wobenzyme treatment and within an hour or two

symptoms are gone. To me it's been pivotal in healing the gut to not

only clear up causes of poor digestion but also know how to mop up

messes as they occur. Worst thing for me is to let it compound with

eating the next meal on top of the original problem. I have suffered

so much with digestive distress in the past that I do what it takes to

be free of this. It seems extreme I know, but so was my digestive

misery. ;-(

:-) yes, plenty of room to eat even with enzymes. ;-)
