Guest guest
I got some things at a CVS in Mass on vacation (aiming for Feingold, CFGF, and corn free). Toms of Maine has a natural pseudophed liquid. Most local Walgreens stores now stock a dye-free Benadryl liquid, too. " Little Noses " brand of drops looked OK. I used simple saline nasal sprays (Ocean or store brand, too), too, since he can't blow his nose. Haven't had to deal with a high fever yet. I just sweat out low fevers with him. Guest guest
I would avoid grape-flavored Sudafed. We learned (the hard way) that the flavoring contains gluten. Even the manufacturer had no idea and couldn't verify what was in the flavoring, but my son had a really noticable reaction (lost his language) last winter. I would try to get some children's echinacea drops at the health food store and start your child on this (by mouth). This will help boost the immune system and get him through the illness faster. Guest guest
, It's probably a good idea to avoid tylenol as it is hard for the kids to process it through their livers. Something to do with PST deficiency. Kathy

It helps with coughs and sinus due to allergies - not sure if it will help with a cold. It is g/fdf though. CHeryl

Guest guest
and zinc (a good supplement to take regularly anyway given potential for low zinc in a GF diet), vitamin C (GFCF of course), and chicken soup Re: Help with a cold >I would avoid grape-flavored Sudafed.
