Did your orthotist mention not having baby wear the helmet in the car.

He said to us that it is not recommended but probably isn't a big deal

if Domenic wore his helmet.

Do you all put the helmets on your babies in the car?

What kind of band do you have? Most, if not all, bands are recommended to

be worn 23 hours a day. If you had to take it off every time you are in the

car you would lose valuable time in the band. I know that I'm in the car

for well over an hour each day.

My dd wore her band in the car - except when it was extremely hot ( it can get to 110 in the summer).

We got the Alpha Omega carseat and it fit her nicely because it is a larger convertable that is rear-facing and can recline a bit.
