Guest guest
Yes, our ortho can scan at the next appt. His scanner wasn't working properly when we casted so he couldn't get a good picture to compare to the first. We are getting the StarBand. Guest guest
I agree with Jen...if the face is asymetrical and the ears are still off then you are making the right decision. I think the band helps with the " what if's. " As for people's posts scaring you, hopefully I can encourage you...my son was the SAME happy baby the entire time banded. Most babies adjust just fine. Yes, some do take longer but for the most part babies adjust pretty quickly. YOu can see a lot of happy banded babies in the photos section. Good luck with your banding journey. PS: Even if your son has improved recently unless he is really young and you are really agressive with repoing I doubt the results would be as good as they will be with a band. > > > > Honestly - in my opinion - if his face is asymmetrical and the ears > are still off then you are making the right decision. Even if it > doesn't correct fully - if you don't band you would forever > wonder " what if we had banded...
