Guest guest
Cherie, I've written to you privately. I'm including my original results. I see nothing written that gives me an adrenal score, only the graph I've tried to describe Cherie asks me --Does it say what stage you are in? Can you post your results again? I'm having a hard time visualizing what you are asking. Here is my original post to the list with all comments typed in that were included on the results page. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Here is my original post to the list with all comments typed in that were included on the results page. Guest guest
<snip>Free Cortisol 7:00-8:00 28 Elevated 13-24 Range 11-Noon 5 Normal 5-10 Range 4-5 pm 6 Normal 3-8 Range 11-Mid 6 Elevated 1-4 Range Cortison Burden 45 23-42 Range DHEA 4 Normal 3-19 Range<snip> Your results put you in the " reference range " box which would be normal, but your levels are definately elevated in the morning and at night. So you are having adrenal issues, but you don't need to supplement with cortisol. Using the supplements Val suggested are your best bet. You are probably having insomnia because your cortisol level is so high at night. It should go down low so your body can rest. Take a look at this link: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=12149 You can't post on the forum anymore, but there is still a ton of great info on it!
